Brightsparks Maths Journey takes children on a fun and exciting adventure around Maths Island where they'll learn all about the essential skills of addition, substraction, multiplication and division. Using colourful graphics, interesting characters and subtle animation, the program provides a stimulating enviroment for kids to learn. They start off with simple maths exercises, where they will feel comfortable and competent. With this confidence and initial success, they can go on to learn complex skills at their own pace. Progress is continually monitored by vthe program, and children are given positive guidance depenbing on their level of achievement. Printable certificates are awarded at key milestones, and a point scoroing system is used to promote self-advancement and give a sense of reward.
