As the title suggests the movie takes place in the island of Bali in Indonesia.At the outset we see an engagement between Chandy Aju Varghese and Annamma Roma. There are attempts to evoke laughter with some crude jokes as we a stammering priest and some others, who open the doors to one and a half hours of relentless nonsense. After the engagement Chandy disappears apparently for no particular reason. Annamma who is brought up in a conservative manner takes it upon herself to go in pursuit of her would be groom.
