Yes. You can place the order without an explicit registration. However, will create an account for you for future purpose. Your login id will be your email id and the login password will be mailed to your email address.

It is simple and easy to buy the products listed with us. Simply click the Buy This button. The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can see the items in your shopping cart by clicking the link on top. Please click the checkout button/link, enter your address, provide other details for shipping and proceed for payment

Yes. You can place your order over phone or email. We will create an invoice for you and ship the products. If you would like to pay through credit card, you will get an email with a link to our payment gateway where you can place the payment. Also, the order can be shipped with Cash on Delivery mode

It is very simple to track your order. At every step of the order, you will receive an email alert. Also, you can track the order by clicking Track Order link at the top of the page and enter your order id and email id. It will show the status of your order.

For all order placed with us, you will receive 1 point for every Rs.100 spent on purchase. This amount is exclusive of shipping charges. The loyalty points are credited to you at the time of shipment. You can redeem these points in your next order. When you place the order after login, the points will be automatically displayed for you to redeem them.

If you are placing an order with Cash on Delivery option, our customer service executives will call you over the mobile phone number provided for order confirmation. If you are not reachable on those numbers provided after multiple tries, your order will be cancelled. So, to make sure that you are receiving your CoD order, please provide valid phone numbers and please answer the call. Please contact our customer support numbers, if you were unable to pick our call.

FAQ - PAYMENTS

Your order will be delivered as per the approximate delivery date mentioned during the order. Shipment in India is done through BlueDart or Speed post. All major towns, cities and metros are covered by BlueDart and rest of India shipments are through Speed Post. Both the cases, the order will be home delivered. Please make sure that the address and phone numbers provide are correct and if the order is returned due to wrong address or phone number will be cancelled and the amount will be credited to the customers store credit.

First of all, do not panic. This can happen due to various situations. Many times, we get the payment confirmation from our gateway after some time and we will update the order as payment succesful. However, you may send an email to our customer support team or use our instant chat facility to inform our customer support about the issue. We will check the payment status with our gateway and update your order accordingly. There are some cases, where the payment gateway is not able to get the status of payment and your account is debited. These cases will be reversed automatically within a period of 12 days. If you do not get a reversal in 15 days, please do inform us with the order id.
