Every product sold through MaEbag.com is sourced directly from the manufacturer directly or their direct distribution channels . We do not sell any pirated material and we do not promote piracy.
All items displayed are handled directly by MaEbag.com. This is to make sure that our customers get the same item what they are seeing in the photograph at the site. We do not allow any submerchants or vendors selling items through MaEbag.com. This way, we are directly responsible for every product sold through us.
If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the material, the same would be replaced free of charge. All the defects should be reported in a week’s time and the same item should be returned to us. In case of international shipments, the replacement would be sent along with the next order.
We make sure that every customer is treated with utmost care and attention. Our customer support staff is always available to listen to you. Any queries received on cs@maebag.com will be replied within two business days. You don't need to go through a lot of people, links and pages for raising your concerns or queries about your order. Shipping Policy
Your orders will be shipped in four working days after the realisation of payment. Any delay in shipping will be informed the customer accordingly. In case of non availability of the items, the payment will be adjusted at the time of final settlement of credit card.
We have a flexible shipping policy. The shipping charges are based on the weight of items and in slabs of 500grams or 1000grams. This is to make sure that shipping is not charged for every item you are purchasing. Most of our customers buy many items in a single purchase and they pay the lowest possible shipping charge for all the items. Also, these shipping charges are subsidised where we absorb a portion of the total shipping.
For credit card payments, the card will be charged only after the order is shipped. By doing this we ensure our customers that only shipped items are billed.
