If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the material, the same would be replaced free of charge. All the defects should be reported in a week’s time and the same item should be returned to us. In case of international shipments, the replacement would be sent along with the next order.

This is to make sure that shipping is not charged for every item you are purchasing. Most of our customers buy many items in a single purchase and they pay the lowest possible shipping charge for all the items. Also, these shipping charges are subsidised where we absorb a portion of the total shipping.
